FELTOM Partners with GSS
to promote sustainability in English language teaching in Malta
At Green Standard Schools (GSS), we are committed to driving real change in the language teaching industry by promoting environmentally responsible policies and practices. That’s why we are delighted to announce our new partnership with the Federation of English Language Teaching Organisations in Malta (FELTOM).
Since its founding in 1989, FELTOM has been instrumental in developing Malta as a leading destination for English language learning, working closely with legislators, government bodies, and key industry stakeholders. Now, with sustainability becoming a growing priority for both schools and students, this collaboration marks an important step toward a greener future for language education in Malta.
Through this Memorandum of Cooperation, FELTOM will encourage its member schools to embrace the environmental standards that GSS advocates. We look forward to celebrating the first FELTOM-accredited Green Standard School very soon—setting an example for sustainable language education on the island and beyond.
